The property features a fully gated yard for added privacy and security, with a dedicated parking spot conveniently located on the left side of the driveway. Inside, enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and all the essentials, including towels and toiletries.
Step outside to a private backyard with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor washer, dryer, and shower, ideal for post-beach clean-ups. For your convenience, beach equipment is provided to make the most of your coastal getaway. This home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Guest access Guests have the entire 3 bedroom two bath home to themselves along with the backyard bbq area. The outdoor shower and laundry facilities attached to the detached garage are shared facilities. The upstairs deck and condo over the detached garage along with the garage are off limits to guests.
Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
