This Legal Notice applies to all visitors, customers, participants, renters, purchasers, and users of Imua Ohana, including all services, experiences, rentals, merchandise, artwork, media, and communications associated with Imua Ohana.

All information, services, experiences, media, content, products, and materials provided by Imua Ohana are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Imua Ohana makes no guarantees regarding:
- Availability of services
- Ocean or weather conditions
- Travel conditions
- Results from coaching or wellness experiences
- Product availability
- Website functionality
- Continuous or error-free operation of services
Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
OCEAN & ACTIVITY RISK NOTICE
Surfing, ocean activities, outdoor recreation, travel, and physical experiences involve inherent and unpredictable risks that may result in:
- Injury
- Illness
- Property damage
- Permanent disability
- Emotional distress
- Death
Ocean conditions can change rapidly and may include:
- Strong currents
- Shore break
- Waves
- Marine life
- Sharp reef or rocks
- Weather changes
- Equipment malfunction
By participating in any Imua Ohana activity, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imua Ohana and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, instructors, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Injuries
- Accidents
- Losses
- Damages
- Delays
- Cancellations
- Theft
- Lost property
- Travel interruptions
- Emotional distress
- Indirect or consequential damages
This limitation applies whether claims arise from negligence, accident, environmental conditions, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
PROPERTY & GUEST CONDUCT NOTICE
Imua Ohana reserves the right to immediately remove any guest, renter, participant, or visitor from any property, rental, lesson, event, or experience due to:
- Drug use
- Excessive intoxication
- Parties or unauthorized gatherings
- Aggressive or abusive behavior
- Harassment
- Property damage
- Unsafe conduct
- Violation of house or community rules
No refunds will be issued in these situations.
Only registered and approved guests are permitted on property unless otherwise authorized by Imua Ohana.
ARTWORK, MERCHANDISE & SHIPPING NOTICE
ONCE ARTWORK, MERCHANDISE, OR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND TRACKING INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED, IMUA OHANA RELEASES ALL LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PACKAGE.
IMUA OHANA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, MISDELIVERED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR POSSESSION.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments and communicating directly with the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.
