Ways to pay
Both options live on the same secure Stripe page — you choose at checkout. Nothing else is needed.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, from any country. Instant confirmation. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too.
Straight from a US checking account, on the same Stripe page. Choose “Bank” instead of “Card” at checkout.
Paying from outside the US? Use the card option — it works from anywhere. If your bank needs a wire instead, message us and we’ll send details.
Pick your week and room
Each week has four shared beds at $2,500 and one private king master at $3,000, sold as a solo spot. Five guests, maximum. Click the price to pay by card or bank transfer.
Availability is updated by hand, so if a week looks tight message us first and we’ll confirm before you pay. If something does go wrong, we’ll refund you in full — a double-booking is our mistake, not yours.
The terms, plainly
$2,500 per person in a shared bedroom, or $3,000 for the private king master. Paid in full at booking. Covers lodging, airport transfers, daily guided sessions, video analysis, gym and recovery, light communal meals, and one day off to spend as you like. Flights are not included.
Payments are non-refundable. With only three to five spots a week, a cancellation is a seat we usually cannot refill.
If life gets in the way, tell us and we’ll move your payment to another retreat date within the following twelve months, subject to availability. You don’t lose your money — you just come later. One transfer per booking.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel a retreat, you choose: a full refund, or a spot on any future date. Weather alone doesn’t cancel a retreat — we move breaks, not weeks.
Because payment is non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers retreat cancellation and medical cover for surfing. It is inexpensive and it is the thing that protects you if a flight, an injury, or a family emergency changes your plans.

Payment is processed by Stripe, the same company behind checkout for Amazon, Shopify and Instacart. Your card number goes straight to them; it never touches our website and we never see it.
Message us first. We’ll confirm the week is genuinely open and hold it for 48 hours while you check flights. Once you pay, the spot is locked and the no-refund terms apply — so book the retreat before you book anything non-refundable of your own.

Yes — pricing is per person, so each guest uses the payment link for their own room type. Two of you travelling together would both use the shared-room link at $2,500 each, and we’ll put you in the same bedroom.
For local lessons, yes — just ask. For the seven-day retreat we use Stripe only, so that both sides have a proper receipt, a paper trail, and real payment protection on a booking of this size.
It isn’t required, but we recommend it. Because payment is non-refundable, a policy covering retreat cancellation and surfing-related medical care is the thing that protects you if something changes.
